Great build Looking forward to seeing the kick panels and the sub/ amp/ trunk setup. I have a very similar system in my 04, same interior color, same color suede headliner ( did mine 3 years ago ), aluminum interior trim, Tru-Technology amps... and also currently upgrading mine with kick panel speakers as well I won't thread jack you but want to see how yours turns out.

You definitely not thread jacking Michael. I love what you did with your car and also looking forward to your kicks. Did you start a build log over HAT website? Any other changes to your current system?

I have not posted the changes yet. I am going away from a one seater to a two seater design. I just think they sound more natural. The PLD and angles of the kicks is a big part of the design. At this point I am building the kicks to hold a 3" mid and a 1" tweeter. But it is fun to see how yours is coming along. PS> you are going to love the MS8! It is very easy to tune and can achieve both 1 or 2 seat listening preferences very well. BTW with your processor, another option for a single center channel speaker is the individual audio speaker, which is a co-axial. I believe it is 65137838915. It is not too expensive to buy it and try it if you wanted to give it a go.

I had the ms8 installed in the previous system for about a month and it was indeed awesome. I'm local forward to the difference is supposed to make with the center channel.

I knew about the individual center channel, that's what Technic and a couple of other e90 guys have but I want it to try the MP 5.8. I got great feedback from a couple of friends.

Not sure how I missed this thread earlier Nelson but now that I've seen it, it's great to get visible feedback. Your car is gonna look (and sound) awesome when you're done. It's great that you're helping with my sound mods also. It all looks very time intensive but worth it for sure.

Congrats!

Stage 4: wrapping doors dops.

Door pods still need to be dyed to match to the door panel, and its still missing the speaker grills.
