Hope the weather clears up soon so you can detail and photo shoot your ride!

BTW That camera looks cool, are you going to mount it to the dash? Maybe now we'll capture some footage of Flat Eric at work

I guess it is going to take 2-3 weeks, and then I'm able to mount the summer setup on.

I'm not sure yet what kind of stuff I'm going to do with the camera, but I've been dreaming about making some kind of a video with music etc.

Something new again.

Couple of weeks ago I was asking around the Detailingworld.co.uk does anyone know where to get GTechniq C5 Wheel Armour, because none of the shops in Europe had it in stock.
A very helpful guy, Steve (Mirror Finish Details), contacted me and said he could send his ½ bottle of C5 to me, because he didn't need it anymore. He also paid the postage (1.40£)! There would have been other eager takers for his bottle of C5 as well haha! Hats off to Steve, what a fellow detailer !

Now I'm ready to protect the wheels before putting them on.

Yesterday I noticed Gtechinq's own store has the C5 available again, so I ordered. However, it will take some time again before it's here.

Awesome Antti! I've never heard of this product before. Can you take before and after pics of one of the wheels if there is a difference in how they look? Thanks!

Sure, I will take pics. However, I don't think it would make any difference in looks.
I protected my car this winter with GTechniq C1, which should last easily over a year. It can't be washed away, only polishing the car will remove it.

Here'a vid about C1 (not mine):

The C1 should give some protection from scratching/swirling as well.

Ok, I got the wheels prepped yesterday. I used the GTechniq C5 Wheel Armour and Bilt-Hamber Dynax UC (to cover the bolts on the rear side of the wheel).
Quite time consuming, approximately 40mins per wheel, but I'm glad I did it. Here it is squeezed in 5mins (one wheel) :
