5 series mod in vancouver bc

hi everyone , im kind of new to this forum, got a '04 545i few months ago, now im looking for mods. several things i want to do ... they are:
1.m tech kit , looking to mod front bumper first.. cuz not enough month for whole set . Question is, is it cheaper to get it in a set. and how much does it cost to get the front bumper + paint +installation fee?
2. Day time running lights: is it possible to change the DTR lights into angel eyes like '08 - current model of 5 series?
3. does anyone from vancouver bc or know where they sell the euro stickers other than ordering online?

1. Look around to see if your friends can recommend you to a reputable shop. There should be lots, depending on your budget.
2. No, unless you swap out your headlight and change the module (I think)
3. It's easier to just order online, might cost you a few bucks more because of S&H

Most everything is cheaper online and from the US. I buy all my stuff online and just have it shipped to Pt. Roberts. It's not worth it to have it shipped up to Canada. If you're lucky, you won't get dinged at the customs 
1. Buying the whole kit will save you quite a bit. I've been quoted from a few shops in Vancouver and Richmond for around $300~ for the front bumper. I think he said including installations.

I get everything online, and always from the states, its cheaper
1. Get the whole mtech kit, talk to few of the sponsers on this site.
2. Daytime running lights, call Nixxon (located in BBY) they charge $40-50 to disable the drls.

pm nerweezy or john@eurorev for the mtech kits. they are both well repected, contributing forum vendors. they are both located in southern california so shipping to vancouver would cost less than shipping from elsewhere.
