Is 4000 kelvin much whiter than a stock halogen?

Is 4000 kelvin much whiter than a stock halogen? Or should I get higher. They are for my other car before someone says that I have HID already.

Isn't halogen closer to 3500k? I know they're pretty yellow.

If you're replacing halogen bulbs check out the Sylvania SilverStar ULTRA

i read in previous threads that stock hid is 4300-4500k

can we just change the bulbs? Someone told me for my angel eyes to be brighter, ill have to spend a min of 180$ for piaa bulbs, otherwise no point

I have halogen Mtec H8 bulbs @ 4350K for my fogs, much more white (non racial ) than the stock bulbs...
