?367 wheels on 535

wondering if anyone has installed the 367 wheels on a 535. saw them today on a new 650 and they are beautiful. would mean on my x drive 09 535i i'd have to go with four 19x8.5. offset is 33 is that a problem? would there be a rubbing issue?
