Got the same email. I've been waiting for these to come out since I ordered my Mesh Eights last year. Jordan had told me they were in the works.
That said, I don't think the company's in the clear yet. There are multiple law suits on these guys right now including a class action one that I was recently contacted about. IF I'm confident they've got their act together, you'd bet I'd be one of the first to jump on these wheels. Too bad..........
