Should fit, but you may get rub. So far a lot of people here who run 285 tire get rub, apparently 275 is optimal.

I have 19" ET24 E65 wheels and M5 default profile tires, no problems there (255/40 in front and 285/35 back) With M5 stock wheels the ET is f: 12 and r: 28, there should be no issues also. I tried 295/30 previously with ET24 and got a bit rubbed, little fender rolling cured it, but with 285 and ET28 you should be safe anyways.
