I used this link to calculate whether my new "ambitious" 20 inch set-up would fit... and it does! (Its much better than the one on E90post.com IMHO)
It gives you all the dimensions around the wheel / struts / arch etc. So you simply put in the details of the current wheel you are running, add the new one, and it will tell you the differences in space all around the wheel

To answer you question, the 275/35/19 will have an extra 25mm of tyre on the car, which means the tyre wall will be an extra 12&13mm higher than the standard 275/30/19 tyre. You also need to factor in what offset you have, what width wheel and how much you have lowered the car. For example, on my M-Sport suspension, which is 15mm less than standard, and on an OEM rim like the 128 (ET32, 9.5 wide), I would have space for that tyre.
Final question you need to ask, will it look right?! I like the 275/30/19 and would personally opt for the 285/30/19 to make it wider and with only a few MM higher side wall.
Hope that all makes sense!

I will try the link out later on.
it probably will fit if you dont have suspension since another member had that tire size on m166 without lowering spring..
also 275/30/20 fits so i dont see why not... But, just go wit 275/30/19.. .

they fit. no rub. i have that setup with eibach pro-kit. honestly it doesn't look good becuase the tires are so meaty which makes the rear wheels look even smaller. stick with 30's.

the 19" wheels I had used 245/40/19 in the front and 275/35/19 in the back. no rubbing in the back on only slight rubbing the front when turning, braking and going through a dip.
I liked that setup a lot because of the better ride and better pothole protection. Here is a side shot:
