What's BMS flash?

I would be happy with 450rwhp. I would like to upgrade as much as possible minus turbos since they are so pricey.

I am thinking of FMIC next & then exhaust...trying to find an exhaust that's loud @ WOT, but not annoying in the cabin during regular driving. I'm also used to v8 rumble is if there's something that sounds good that would meet that criteria that would be awesome...which I doubt.
Also no gas smell in the cabin or CEL.

Ill probably get the meth right after the fmic. I'm also wondering if the CAN mod with the jb4 is with every map minus stock or only some of the maps.
