Yeah I know ... some stuff seems to hinted that way ... and your headlight didn't look like the 1st 2 pics you've posted ... when in doubt take a pic on the headlight directly on your car ...
Your 528 headlight is not Xenon so not many make the AE replacement bulb for it as it is non-standard kind ... you may try eBay.
While on the other hand the Xenon version (like for the 1st 2 headlight pics you've posted) using a standard H8 halogen bulb that is widely available in various different kind from standard kind to LED kind etc.

I have the same lights and want brighter/whiter angel eyes. Maybe we can convince John at Motorcepts to Frankenstein us a couple pairs. He graphs those front ends to an Mtec base, I think, but it's not an advertised product he puts out there. May be worth it to him to do a batch at a time. I'm in if it'll all work out.
Our rings are limited by physics, but I'm not totally sure why. The only way to get really bright 'eyes is to cut the lights open and change the rings. I can't go that far though.

projena can you post pics compairing the old vs new.
I too have found these options but everyone seems to be saying that you cant see the new ones in the daylight? I would be interested to see some pics if you can post them up.
Good luck!
