My Ride: 2006 530xi -Sports/Prem. Pkg with Navi, ACS Full Kit with ACS Side Mirrors, ACS roof Spoiler. (Not Replicas) H&R Springs, V3 Angel Eyes, HID Fogs.

Hi, i was wondering if the new 2008 tail light will fit the 2006? Any mods to be made? or Perfect fitment. Thanks!

You'll just need the cable so that you don't get the error message since the new ones are LED's. The fit is the same though.

Prepare to pay more for the cable set than the lights. The exchange rate blows to the whole deal. I would have them if the new V5 cable didn't cost so much.

Anyone know how much a new set of LCI lights are from the dealer?

I know that the cables can be pricey...

I contacted Garry from BMWofNewport awhile back, for the cost of the US spec LCI tail lights.

With the discount of 25%, they come out to $200.25/each

So we're looking at like 400 for the lights and another 300-400 for the cable?

Not too bad if you can get the whole thing done for 800ish out the door.

I purchased my lights from Garry Romani @ BMW of Rhode Island. The Lights retail here in Houston, TX at the local dealer for $350 each light, but Garry sold it to me for $200.25 each light. Just remember to mention this forum "E60.net".
