My Ride: BMW 535d M Sport LCI

Hi guys

I sure there aremany posts about this topic so apologies for this
I’ve just boughta 58 plate (late 2008) BMW 535d LCI

. It has the AUX port at the rear of the armrest which is a bit annoying.

Ideally I wouldlike to connect my Ipod touch, hide it away and control it all via the iDrive.

Some people suggest the Deacon, others suggest a retrofit USB port in the glove compartment, I’ve come across a Ipod connector whichis supposed to replace the CD changer in the glove box, and it plays the Ipodstraight through the iDrive, or my other option is fit the retro USB and justplay my music by plugging in a USB.

Does that sound about right or am I completely off trackhere?

Which is the best option?

I’m only interested in the music, no Bluetooth oranything
