Hi Tiago, great results and great sound.
I have some questions for you as I have a 525d which I want to push it to the limit and I would like to know if you changed the catalytic converter or you deleted it? I also deleted back-end muffler and my particle filter, also remapped but only 235hp with 540nm.

I want to go for 260 - 270hp with 600nm because I don't want to change the gearbox, any advices? (max torque 600nm)

The exhaust system of my car don't have cat or dpf. It is 3" stainless steel pipe with 3x free flow mufflers (straight perforated pipe inside the muffler with the same size as the exterior pipe). One muffler at the center and the other two at the rear of each side.

My gearbox is rated at max 650nm and it made over 100.000km above 750nm. Even now with 850nm it doesn't show any sign of weakness. ZF gearboxes are pretty strong. I do gearbox oil changes each 30.000km and the engine each 15.000km. BMW recommended oil for the gearbox and castrol 10W-60 for the engine.

The company where i bought the turbos has a customer with a E90 330d with 385hp. So if your car is a LCI, it is possible to put your car with that power level.

Nice work! Love seeing people mod these cars for performance.

Just an FYI: most car guys are going to claim their wheel horsepower on a specific dyno, not estimated crank hp/tq numbers like you're doing here.

You should post this over on the forced induction section of bimmerforums.com. I bet they would love to see the work you've done on your car.

The speedo needle claim pretty fast. I also put a quaife and what a diference... 2nd gear is amazing with almost no traction lost. By being capable to take advantage of the huge torque, it feels faster than my e46 m3 with almost 600hp below 200km/h.

Thank you for the info!

Unfortunately my car is not LCI. I have a friend who also has a 2006 535d and 780nm torque, still no problems with the gearbox. (even though he drives aggressive constantly)

What oil recommends BMW for your engine?

BMW recommends castrol 0w30 for the 35d. But for the 23d which is prone to have engine chain failures, they are recommending the castrol 10w60. It is the same oil recommended for all M-cars. IMO, it is the best oil available but also the most expensive.

Wow, there is a pretty big difference between 0w30 and 10w60. I am using BMW Original 5w-40 instead of 5w-30 and I am not sure if that's ok (my engine seems a little noisier on 5w-40 than 5w-30). Do you have any idea what oil should be the best for my engine?
