will these fit an 04 525i non-sport? Or do I need to roll the fenders? If so who does it and how much it it?

9.5 F
20.5R

245/35/20 and the rear are 275/30/20.

I believe you meant 10.5R not 20.5R

I think they would since the fender sits several inches above the tire.

yes, 9.5f 10.5r...

the tire is actually 1" more than what a stock size dia. should be. So the rev's per mile would be different and everything. I dont think its worth it.

If u want your new tire to have the same circumference u will have to go with 275/25/20 and 245/30/20

that would work but seems like a very small sidewall. Would the extra inch cause problems? Has anyone fit these w/o moding the fenders and has anyone recalibrated the spedo?

I have 245/30/20 and 285/25/20. The ride is fine. Not as good as OEM but not stiff either. And, my suspension setup is with H&R Race springs and Koni Sport shocks. Recalibrating the speedometer isn't necessary since the rolling diameter is less than 1% from stock.

Since your rear wheel is 10.5, attempting to put 275 tires on will give it a stretched look. IMO, 10.5 wheels automatically puts you into 285 tires.
