19s or 20s have nothing to do with filling the wheel well-it is the tire you choose-19s with a slightly higher profile will fill it the same as a 20 with slightly slow-the overal diameter is the same if you are sticking with the same diameter as stock-which I know a lot are not here

Getting 19s vs 20s depends on where you live. If in So Cal, Florida or somewhere with good roads and no winter damage to them, I'd go with 20s. If the roads are bad, I would go with 19s.
