Great Mod.....looks good! And thanks for the link on the stickers...as I was planning to do this mod once my brake pads are ready for a change.

I am wondering however, would it be out of line to use the M Sport logo on the calipers

When I had my Audi, I had Audi Sport Logo All Weather floor mats, but AudiSport and the S (S4, S6 & S8) series are 2 different animals, so it was okay to rock the AudiSport logo's w/o being a poser.

Is it the same for BMW, or would putting the M Sport logo on the calipers be wrong

I really don't know much about xenonmods, but cost was low and delivery was timely. They are decals for God's sake... RISK=0 With a clear coat of lacquer over the decals... can't imagine there will be a problem.

Thanks for all the compliments on the wheels. I'll post the front wheel pics after I finish them tonight.

Yea there is not much risk with decals but many other people have reported fraud with that website.
It looks great though! I just hope the decals make it through the heat.

jusdoit-how long after you paint did you put the wheel back on and how long till you drove and paint dried? curious.. looks great.. always something i want to do.. but not driving when i have to shoot back and forth to get kids with no other car isnt an option.. id love to paint calipers on a rainy or yucky day..(maybe i can do it after i cook dinner--hmm thats a thought )

Well, my daily winter driver is a 2003 Toyota Camry 4-cylinder unmuscle car, so the BMW has plenty of drying time. The BMW sits in the garage most of the winter because of the amount of sand/gravel (rocks) on the road. I would imagine the caliper paint will dry nicely over the next week or two. I let the wheel paint dry about 12 hours before installing the wheel. Sorry I couln't be more useful on the drying time. Based on the thickness of this paint, I would imagine you would want at least 24-36 hours of drying time before exposing it to the elements.
