Today I started with both back wheels and brake calipers. I used a floor jack, raised one rear wheel at a time, and began the brake caliper painting project. The paint and supplies are identified by looking at the picture (below). The cleaning process took awhile using a mixture of chemicals, wire brushes and rags. The duracoat paint took three coats. The BMW sticker is from E-bay. I applied a hand-painted coat of BMW touch-up clear laquer over the decals after the red was completely dry. If you do this, ensure that you do not work the laquer in... one simple brush stroke over the label, otherwise the red will bleed.

I'm going to go do the front wheels now... fun! fun!
