Got my new rims installed from PYSpeed

www.pyspeed.com

Sorry for the crappy pics but she went in the shop the day after for a leaky sunroof and I don't have her back yet. Also I went with 255 35 19 Conti DWS's and they are awesome! More to come when the dealer releases the hostage.

Those rims look awesome. I have a question for those that have VMR rimes - how well built are the rims? I am itching to upgrade the rims on my car and there are several models of VMR's that I love (such as the 701 and the VB3s). My concern is resistance to bends etc.

The quality seems good. They were light compared to the chrome 124's I took off. 3 of those were bent and 1 was cracked. My car was wobbling all over the place. For the price you can't beat them. I can't imagine paying thousands for rims, too many bad things can happen. As for bend resistance, I'll let you know next time I have a rotation done because I seem to beat the hell out of rims...

Awesome - I am looking forward to hearing how they will fare. My stock wheels are pretty abused (especially one where some got side swiped the rim and car while backing into a parking spot). I want to go to a set of aftermarket rims when I need new tires - I will be a bit conservative and go to 18s and use them year around.
