Of course it will. You need to have almost the same front and rear tires diamater. 285/35-19 has 26,9" and 245/35-19 has 25,6" and that is a huge difference. At least 285/30-19 (25,9") to match with the 245/35-19. Once again go to www.tirerack.com to see different brand/sizes of tires and seach for its specs.
