M5 wheels are a nice aggressive, (yet still subtle) mod. you can probably find a nice set of used M5 Takeoffs and get them Powdercoated black, to get the look you want. Black 166's look SICK!!! IMHO and I'd recommend getting a nice set of OEM M5 wheels instead of getting reps to avoid the need for hub centric rings.

Or pony up and get yourself some 20's!!!

good luck with the wheel shopping.

i used to think M5 wheel look better until a friend of mine did the M6 wheels on his e60,but what he did was he got them done over in one color so they look very nice,i have M5 wheels on my e60 and i like them both, idk about M5 wheels in black cause i never seen that done before but i guess that would depends on the color car u gonna put them on, u could put any wheel in any color u want, so if u seen black M5 wheel that doesnt mean they are replicas but one thing i know for sure oem M5 wheel looks way better than replicas

Can't go wrong with either choice IMO

166's are cast and 167's are Forged...something to consider...

also, if you do go with 167's, consider a rotor upgraded (slotted/drilled) as well, the 167's expose the rotors much more than the 166's IMO...

GL with your decision...
