04 E60 w/ No GPS

Hi ya. First Post been reading awhile trying to understand how I can get GPS on my 04 E60. I have noticed there are quiet a few 04's out there w/ GPS on their iDrive screen but wondered how they did this. Could someone Please help me out thanks!

They most likely have the stock Navigation option.

yeah most ordered it with the car. I know of someone that added it to their car after..It was pretty expensive..

Best best is to get an after market navi system

+1. This is something that most order on a brand-new car. I inquired about retrofitting when searching for my current car (I bought CPO) - it is expensive as heck to retrofit, and just about every dealership I asked at recommended against doing it due the cost and the amount of work needed behind the dash. The quotes I got were EUR 4,200 upwards.

Aftermarket units come at a fraction of the cost and, I dare say, some of them probably outperform the built-in BMW unit. There have been a few threads here about this.
