[PAUS3] 2004 E60 525i M54 SILBERGRAU METALLIC (A08)
Hey guys,
I've recently purchased a 2004 E60 525i M54 SILBERGRAU METALLIC (A08) (PRE LCI with factory fitted projector Xenon lights) that's completely stock, and am now wondering what my potential is in terms of modding. If it makes any difference, I live in Sydney, Australia.
Thanks!
Varun.

So I've been hit by the mod bug over the past couple of months, and have now completed the following:
M5tech body kit
Debadge 525i
LCI tails with Bruce Miranda V6.11 cables
Matte Black Kidney Grills
Dual Red RPI Scoops
LED License Plate lights
Altrex euro number plate covers
Red Painted Brake Calipers
AUX cable retrofit (thanks to roskinc for supplying the cables!)
Powerchip
Smoked LED Side Marker Turn Signals (from Trinity Autosport)
HID Fogs (still in the process of sourcing another set, as the current set I received was faulty)
Custom blacked out headlights fitted with Orion V4 Angel eyes, Eugene's White Eyebrow Mod, Clear Lens Swap, Amber LED turn signals, red projector headlamp lenses, headlight refinish and venture shield (big thank you to Simon aka nomis_nehc for organising these and spending the time to answer my incessant PMs!)
Custom Built Exhaust with Dual Resonators, Dual Mufflers and Mild Pipes.
Anyway, I know how you guys like seeing before and after pictures/videos, so here are some quick and dirty iPhone snaps! I've been meaning to take my car for a photoshoot, but I've been wanting to source a new set of wheels first!

My Ride: 2006 530xi w/Sport, Premium, Cold weather. Silver Gray Metallic, Black Dakota leather interior.
Great looking car! I like them wheels also, just don't like the 20's IMHO. I am really interested in what it took to replace them sidemarkers? I am also really liking that custom exhaust! Sounds awesome. Would you elaborate on them please?

Thank you for your kind words! How come you don't like the 20's? Loss of ride comfort?
As for the sidemarkers, all it took was a PM to Trinity Autosports and the following youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXBFaQqMib4\
As for the exhaust, I actually got it custom built/installed by my local exhaust shop. I'm not technically savvy when it comes to exhausts, but all my exhaust guy told me was that he installed two mild pipes, dual resonators, dual (stainless steel) mufflers.

mmm I'm having second thoughts about my wheels.
what other wheels would you recommend for a space gray e60? I know there's countless of threads, but I havent found a wheel that:
a) looks amazing
b) doesn't break the bank
c) deep dish.
