I will post a few shots of my new AIB's so you guys can compare. I know it won't be ideal, but I'll post them anyway.

Cmansbimmer, when you take the picture of yours, make a notation of the ISO settings and shutter speed so we can have a statistical go at it. Please don't shoot in automatic mode!
I didn't record such info when I took a parting shot of my 1.0 before I mailed them back and my front bumper is still off and I don't think anyone wants to see an E60 without its jaw.
Anyone with 1.0's still installed got a camera handy?

Haha! Just kidding. Thanks for the tips. I'll make sure to make those adjustments before I take the pix. And I won't use Auto mode.

They are 2x brighter, but you have to keep in mind that you are looking at translucent plastic rings, which will never appear to be anything close to "blinding".
