My Ride: 2008 Silverstone II E60 M5 2012 E70 AW X5 50i Sport w/ LCI Aero Kit and Rocker Panels
The main problem is that the Hartge will ultimately get ripped off. For those that remember my 2007, I had the Hamann on that and it eventually cracked. I also think the Hartge is somewhat played out and the Vorsteiner changes it up a bit. It also works well for me, as I have a lot of Carbon Fiber accents all over my car.
Anyway, you decide. Here are the pix:

Seriously though, you can never go wrong with those Vorsteiner splitters, if Umnitza makes replica ones for their M5 bumper I would definitely rock those over Hartge.

just in logistics you should get the vorsteiner. We live in the same area and I'm yet to scrape a driveway or curb etc. and you know the eventual fate of the ahrtge
