Not bad... but fix the ricer license plate, it isn't centered... too far to the passenger side. I would mount the plate up higher by using one of these... http://www.skene.org/bmw/plate/
No holes in the front of your bumper, adjustable, and low profile.
I have one, and haven't had to touch it since I put it on the car, so its quality.

Why don't you get something like this. That way you won't have to drill holes in your bumper.

Maybe not drill hole bumper, but you need to cut the grille, according to the thread.
Seems like a lot of installation, routing wires, etc. etc. etc.
And the hole you drill in the bumper on the other one is on the underside.
