Not if you don't have the adaptive Xenons which come with the sports package.

OK I checked the 04 brochure. I stand corrected. In order for your lights to turn you need the Xenon Adaptive Headlight option. This is available on any model but appears to be standard on 545s.

Thanks. I thought I was going crazy tonight. They turn left as much as they turn right. It was an $800 option I think, with my Premium (not Sports) package.
