Would you buy another E60?

Model Year: 2010
I moved from 12 years of Audi ownership.. 2 cars... 1996 A6 and 2001 A6.
I have had my 2010 535i xDrive for just 1 month now and it has 21K miles on it.. It is an awesome car.. drives and handles so well!! I am suprised I did not move to a BMW earlier... Yes I di consider the Audi A6 again.. but it was more expensive and not as good as this car!! Love it..

Definatly. I love my '07 525 despite the fact that some of the other BMW guys and other guys rag on me cause it only has 215 HP. Used to use it everyday to drive to work but now that I work in lower manhattan I dont't want to park it on the streets or the garages. Seen someones 335i get messed up on the street by a deliver truck and the dude just took off. I miss the morning commutes in the 525 made my day better.

i love the car. i love my 545i more than any car ive ever owned....and its my 9th car.
but ive never ever had so many problems. the trans is slipping in 5th gear since 48k miles, constant and continual electrical problems, ive had the car towed more times than i can remember, thermostat, exhaust issues, passenger air bag issue (that everyone has), my dynamic drive system went out....i could go on.
bought the car with like 39k miles on it....now it has 62k miles...and its been hell. pure hell.
she looks good tho when she's running properly lol.
one caveat: i would however buy an E60 M5.....that V10 engine is something that id happily deal with all these issues for....that thing is pure butter.

My Ride: F10 535i: Jet Black, Black Dakota leather, Sport Auto, Cold Weather, Driver Assistance, Driver Assistance Plus, Dynamic Handling, Luxury Seating, M Sport, Premium, Technology, Rear Sunshades, Auto High Beams, BMW Assist w/enhanced BT and USB.
I came from an E39, and as much as I enjoy my 550i and M5, I'm not crazy about the E60 styling. So to answer the question: No, I wouldn't buy another.........

I had my share of problems and it did cost to fix them but I LOVE my 535D E61
Fast, economical and spacious.
Will be getting the F11 version of the 535D in 5 to 6 years from now when prices fall to under 20k

Absolutely!I have owned several European cars and this 535iX is by far the most fun to drive.Slap it into sport mode and it howls!
