It does not say much, only that it ranks first in the automobile industry. I started reading at #1, (apple) and there are some comments there about that company.
But number 1 is always good, right?
I could not find the address for another article were it mentioned that BMW was 4th on best customer service in the U.S. (it was on MSN.com this week).
Proud to have a BMW tucked a few feet away and below (i.e. garage)!!
