Default Wooshing noise and Engine Malfunction after repairs

Hi all,

I finished a number of service items and buttoned up my '08 535 last night. Ran it in the driveway and everything seemed fine, until this morning...

Under acceleration, I hear a rattling or wooshing noise. Under heavy acceleration, car chimed "Engine Malfunction, Reduced Power". This cleared when I restarted.

Here is what I did to the car:
-Replaced tensioner, pulleys, and serpentine belt
-Replaced oil filter housing and cooler gaskets
-Replaced engine valve cover gasket
-Walnut shell blasted intake ports
-Replaced throttle body gasket and intake manifold gaskets (x6)

I'm guessing that I didn't get something properly re-installed. Maybe where the front air charge duct connects to the front turbo? Maybe I damaged the rear charge duct while pulling the intake manifold?

Any thoughts before I start taking everything back apart???
Thanks.

Might be the engine valve cover gasket, but can't you localize the sound when someone else is revving up the engine?
