Today I lifted my rear seat botton up to install some wiring and I noticed a connector and wire under the seat. It appears to go through a grommet and lead to something. Does anyone know what this is?

The wire had a button connected to it before delivery , probably to disable alarm or something?

Are you sure? I asked at my dealer today and was told it was the connector for cars that do not have rear seat heaters.

My SA told me the wire is for a battery disconnect switch used to isolate the battery during shipping, should have been tucked under the rear seat during prep.
