My dealer replaced blades are fantastic and bite through the snow with ease and quietly.
+1! Herb Chambers BMW replaced the blades during the annual oil change, and now I can see again. I thought they were OK before the change.

Dont go past eurocar parts for your wipers, sorry cannot remember how much they cost but they were bosch. I have had two sets and some advice both times the packaging was mixed up, the drivers side was in the passenger side sleeve and the first time i thought they didnt fit!

Good Luck

I'm a Herb Chambers customer, too. Great dealership (Natick). If your car is still under warranty, you get wiper replacements every six months. I would recommend taking advantage of this benefit.

I think the BMW wiper blades are made by Bosch so there might be some Bosch wipers in stores esp. for the E60...

I'm thinking of getting some new ones as my left one has a streak in it.

+1.

Why save a few quid and get lousy blades.

Good wipers are about the most important on a car, especially in the UK.
Firstly have you used them personaly ?? If you have you have my total respect that some of those blades may be worthless, I have used genuine BOSCH on my E34 always, I have used these aero blades for 2 years on my E46, and just recently bought for my E60, If you have not tried them then please don't tar all the blades on EBay with the same brush, the ones on the E46 were still good and better than the original OEM's when I sold the car to get the E60.

I don't know what the argument is all about, but my understanding is that BMW OEM wipers are made by BOSCH.

I know who make the blades for BMW, I have bought and used many sets on various BMW's over the years, I was saying unless you have personal experience on all the cheaper alternatives that you should not discount them, the cheaper brands in "MY" experience can be better in some cases.
