Just been looking at my wipers as i seem to be getting alot of streaking on the windscreen lately. I thought they were Bosch Aerotwin blades which are oem for many cars these days but after looking at the the part that holds them to the wiper arm it's totally different.
Does anyone know who makes these blades for BMW as I dont want to get ripped off with stealer prices.

Ive heard lots of storys about the poor life of the bay flat wipers so won't bother with them. Ive used aerotwins for the last two cars and had excellent results with good life, the even performed better than the PIAA super silicon blades I had. Just phoned the dealer and new blades are only ?38. Same price as aerotwins so im going to pick them up.

Do UK dealers have a different policy on maintenance than US? I just took my car in to the dealership for a scheduled oil change and they replaced the wipers for free. Surely your '07 still is covered, correct? Or, is it that you just don't like the performance of what the dealership offers? Just curious.

Why save a few quid and get lousy blades.
Good wipers are about the most important on a car, especially in the UK.
