No matter how much water I put in my windshield washer tank, I get LOW washer fluid warning sign on my car within 3 hours.
And as expected there is no water when I try to use the windshield washer on my car.
I don't see any water leaking under the car after I pour water in.
What could be the problem?
Is it getting abnormally hot inside my hood that water is evaporating in very short time?

Sounds like it has to be a leak. I don't see that much water evaporating in 3 hours. Must be a slow leak but a leak nonetheless. Have you left the car parked in one spot for that amount of time? Any signs of leaks? Park the car in one spot, and check on it periodically to see if there is a leak. If it is that hot, it may leak and evaporate where the car is parked.
