Just tell the teachers to get some and then the schools could be opened.

ABC
Trouble was, most of the teachers got to school then closed them for 'Health and Safety' reasons. Scared the poor darlings would slip on the snow and hurt themselves.......................so the kids go home, parents have to take the day off work...............and the kids throw themselves down hills on tobogans!

That made them nice and safe.

Bloody Health and Safety my arse!

I'm sure all the schools in Norway close for 4 months of the year in case somebody slips on the ice!

Would it matter from your own intention to drive which was true?

Health and Safety reasons include being unable to fully staff the school.

In the UK Halfords (one of the larger motor accessories chains) rarely sell prediluted washer fluid in my experience. The stuff I buy is neat in 5 litre plastic containers and is recommended to be diluted at 20:1 for summer use and 4:1 for severe (UK) winter conditions.

So we just lug large containers of concentrated solution around our stores.
Good for you...
Most of us cheapskates just buy the small 1 litre bottles and water them down.
Are you, perchance, also one of those people who buys their toilet paper by the palette in Tesco?

No, but I saw Sir Cliff Richard in the local Costco doing just that during a Wimbledon fortnight. Somewhere I have a mobile phone photo... but... TMI...

Call us strange, but we tend not to like to pay for somebody else to add water when it comes (Nearly) free out of a tap. (Fawcet).
No, call me American for being to lazy to add water...
