Looks like my pre-owned 2004 530i was washed with a brush more than a few times. I know--sacrilege! As anyone knows, the tiniest bit of dirt contains small rocks and other stuff that can scratch paint and, apparently, windows!
I have them all over my windows.
Is there any way to remove these? I am having some luck on the painted surfaces with my Griot random orbital and some polish, but I don't know what to do about the windows. Maybe use the orbital as well?

That's a good question. I would take a piece of glass or a mirror (something that is basically garbage), scratch it up a bit and see if the orbital works. My guess is that it wouldn't, but who knows. Good luck.
