Got a quick question i got a 06 530xi and the windows will close with the key fob by holding unlock but won't go down with holding the lock button. Any ideas. Windows work fine inside the car but not with the fob. Just got the car so no idea. Was the open a separate option???

Actually it should be the other way around, you can lower the windows down with the key fob and cannot, raising it up.

Yup, if you hold the unlock button, it is supposed roll down the windows and open the sunroof. No roll up/close feature for obvious safety reasons.

Strange, on my pre-LCI it winds down the windows when holding unlock and winds them up when holding the lock button.

In US the only way to have them go up I believe is to use the key in the door and keep it turned till they go up. I think comfort access allows you to raise them just by holding the handle.
