06 525. My Window Anti-Trap Deactivated warning is illuminated, I don't get it. I put the windows down, then up and now its on. Can I resolve this?

Have you tried re-intialising them? There are a number of posts on this forum regards the power windows and various problems. I know I've seen a .pdf file for re-intialising the windows on the site somewhere! Try doing a search for the word "window" and see if you can find it. (I'll have a look as well and let you know if I can locate it again).
