Will using 100% + octane (USA) damage the car

Its available at a raceway close to me and I was wondering if it will damage any components like the oxygen sensor etc...

Mix the 100 octane with 91 or 93.

ive used it here in europe with no problems, but no significant benefits over 98

Octane ratings in USA and Europe are different our 93 octane is like your 98. So this would be like 105+

oh , ok! i dont see the point then , the knock control on the engine is only written to perform under RON92-98 fuel.
To get more performance from anything above RON100 you would have to get a bespoke engine map written for you

As said above, you will not benefit from it - but it will not damage your engine. The only damage done will be to your wallet
