Will these rims fit/look good on an E60?

I love the look of CSL rims and since it is soon time for me to get my summer shoes on I am looking around to replace my OEM summer setup.
I currently have my eye on a CSL 19" with the following staggered setup...
19x8.5 et40 235/35/19
19x9.5 et40 265/30/19
Do you think these would fit good on an E60? Would I still be able to use my spacers? I currently have 12mm/20mm (front/back) for my winter tires.

I would have gone for the 20" as seen on the link below, although the CSL wheel looks good on most BMW's but i do prefure a dish on my wheels
