I have 2004 Bmw 545i Sport Package 6spd. These will fit my car without any modification right?
Also, with this set on my car. Will it need to be lowered to look good? or with sport suspension, It will sit alright?

The rear wheels and tires will fit fine. You will have to buy new front tires.

Lowering is a personal preference. I have the same setup as you, and the gap between the rear wheel well and rear tires bugged me to no end. Therefore, I lowered my ride and am loving every minute of it.
