SSR GT3's 20x8.5, 20x9.5, offsets are et18/et24, tires are 255/35/20, 285/30/20, if not what can I do to get them to fit?

Nope, those are low/small offset numbers good for the regular "i" fitment and will stick out as for us the "xi" we need high/big offset numbers for 20" wheels probably around et38/40 front and et35/38 rear (not to be exact).

What about the same rim sizes with a 43mm offset? Would they fit?

I think any higher offset than et40 front will rub on the inside especially up front to the shock tower the rear maybe OK.
