My Ride: 545 SMG Individual interior, all options except Nav & HUD.
I love the M5 front spoiler..makes the e60 look really mean..I would appreciate any help/inputs on whether it will fit a stock 545 without any modifications.
Also, are they available now in BMW parts deot in Germany?
Cheers & TIA!

I don't see why not. It may not be as simple as a bolt on, but I'm sure it can be made to fit.
If I were to spend the money, I'd rather purchase the M5 front bumper than the M-sport bumper.

From all the M5 pics I've seen, there doesn't seem to any foglights though. I think there's just vents where the foglights would normally be on a non-M5 E60. Might be a potential problem to watch out for...

I would believe not, because the front fenders on the M5 are wider than the normal 5er, so possibly the M5 bumper corners would stick out beyond the fender on your 545. Same as with the E46 M3 and normal 3ers..

I agree with you that M5's bumper look more menacing. However, if I am modifying my regular 5'er, I'd opt for the m-pack's bumper. Besides the inclusion of fog-lights, I just don't want people to label my car as "M5 wanna be." My next door office has a E36 318i which has M3 body kit and mirror AND the all important M3 badge. But the single pipe 2" exhaust makes the car, and him look goofy.

I don't think he's trying to make it a "wannabe" M5 all were trying to do with our E60 is try to make as nice as possible and if it will look nicer with the M5 spoiler then that particular option should be installed upon the vehicle

The M5 front will not fit unless you replace the hood & fenders. BMW has done this on purpose since the E39/E36 M5 & M3's could be modded to duplicate their more expensive siblings.
As with the Mtech front ends for the E46's I would expect that Pacific BMW will be selling the M Sport front bumper cover for the E60.
The only parts I would want is the mirrors....but since I have a deposit on a M5 I don't want any of you looking like my next car!

After all, I think it's less work to buy the M-pack front spoiler vs. M5's.
