I have found a genuine m5 bumper for sale and I was wondering if it will be a straight swap with the standard SE one?

Somebody has told me that the wings on a genuine m5 are more flaired and that the bumper may not match up to my standard wings? Is this correct?

Thanks

If my memory services me correct the rear should be okay, but for the front, to make it work, you would also need the M front fenders, as it just a tad bit wider.

Im sure other will chime in with a confirmation.

Yes. the fenders on M5 are slightly wider. However, I have seen a lot of people fitting OEM m5 bumpers on non M cars, and it doesn't look that bad. As for the rear, should be straight fit

+10000 Listen to the man, he knows of what he speaks. Rear = direct fit, front = fits, but will take some work to get it to fit. Good luck

Yep there is that too. I would have no problem giving up my fogs for a REAL M5, but for my car? I like em there
