Thumbs up

washing Mrs diesels X3 at the weekend, My 530 sitting tucked up in the garage and for no reason, the radio starts (car had been untouched since parking in the garage the night before)...it played for about 3 mins then went back to sleep!!!

what gives, all else seems fine and no, my kids hadn't gotten hold of the keys!

I can only assume it felt lonely and wanted my attention.......

I'm on cip 12.something and its getting upgraded next week, This is the first time its done something like this in nearly 1 year of ownership......no harm done but......wierd or what????

As far as you know it's the first time...maybe it happened other times when you couldn't hear it?

Either way, there have been other cars here that have exibited the same jealousy...it's not too common but it's been reported before...

doctor d,

welcome back, it's been ages since you've been lurking here!

I had heard about this one before, but it sounds like you really are due for a software update. now that it is up to near v17!

Your radio might feel less buggy with new instructions....

aye....when a tree falls in a forest and nobody is there does it scream??

does my car play tunes to itself when nobody is there????

As far as the welcomes go, I've never been away, its just that you post much more frequently when awaiting your baby...when she arrives, you're too busy playing with her!

guess I'm posting again as thoughts are turning to her successor............currently thinking along the lines of an E90 M3 Cab in 2007.
