do you mean you bought replica 166 in 18 inch? and you say you have installed staggered wheels in the same width length wheels in the back? I am a bit confused now....

The wheels are 19" - 245/35/19 & 275/30/19 ..... the guy said the front and the back Rims where the same width, but thats how they were mean't to be. I felt ok about everything until I read the comments on this board.

I did buy 'em ........ Now I don't know if I did the right thing !!!!

Is it possible to get 275 tyres on a smaller rim ?

Ash, spend some time searching the forum about tire size's with rims 166 and/or 172. There are a number of members that have posted the tire size and with both style rims...

245's will go on 8 to 9.5" rim
275's on 9 to 10.5" rim

So as long as the rim's are 9" or 9.5" then you're fine...

At this point I don't know if there a bigger width .... gonna try measuring them in the dark .... lets see !

I think the front and backs are the same size. The shape of the tyres are different. Fronts are more "rounded" than the back ones, giving the back tyres more contact surface and hence the 275 Width.

How bad is this ?
