For Euro Delivery of a US spec car, they will give you the triangle in Europe since it is required there. Then they take it away in the Euro prep center before it's shipped to the U.S.

You can just take it (heck, you paid for it) while in Europe and bring it back in your luggage. Then stick in back in the car when you get it in the U.S.
