Just was wondering--does anyone know why the Angel Eyes on most BMWs are incomplete rings. On the e90, it appears as if they are complete circles (at least the inner ones). Does it have to do with the routing of the light source itself??
It seems like the Angel Eye look would be a lot nicer if they were perfect complete circles.

Aren't they?
At least of what I remember the smaller inner light goes all around.
The larger one is so deep in (as in your avatar), that it seems that
it doesn't go all the round.
BTW, I hope this is your only problem with your E60
PS. The E90 is not a good looking BMW!
The front end, the rear lights and the rear wheels way inside the fenders
makes it one of the ugliest BMW's ever.
Long live the new E92!

The other day whilst driving back on the motorway at dusk i overtook the new e60 and its predecessor.
they were travelling along side by side...both with angel eyes on (mine were on too
)
the older cars rings were much much much more well defined than ours....they were clearly circles from quite a distance whereas on the e60 they lose that kind of 'look' fairly quickly...
it dissapointed me
