At the dealer this AM, they had 2 LCI 550's - Carbon Black WOW! and Titanium Silver both loaded. My 535i is still middle of next week at VPC now. Of course, I'll be out of town next week

Same position here. I was in Charleston on the 7th, now at VPC. I am will confirm with CA on Friday for next week delivery, as I am on vacation next week. I have taken the time to move ahead with some mods as stated in my sig. All of which are now purchased and should sync up with delivery next week. BMW OC says delivery by 21st, but sure it will be sooner.

Me too,I did not see any deilvery dates on OC-bmwusa, please details, so we can check too.
My dealer sent me a copy of e mail from the superiors(bmw sub HQ ?? ) saying that
"At present M5 and 550i have been EPA certified and are im shipping process, the other models are on standby to be okayed by National (? EPA) and will be shipped once it is done"(The date and time have not been said or specified).
