Who makes the auto transmission in the E60/61?

My Ride: 07 E61 530d M-Sport.
Hi just wondering who makes the gearbox in the pre LCI and post LCI E60/61? I thought it may be ZF but I cant find any info to see if im right or not. Does anyone know?
