I would have gotten that interior color, but I loved the charcoal gray wood paneling on the interior, so I thought I pretty much had to get either black or gray leather. Black didn't seem right with mystic, so gray it is. It's a beauty. But that auburn leather would be awesome.

Another one, from the rear. These give a good idea of Mystic in full sunlight. It's more muted as the light gets lower, obviously. I love it.

 

Sorry fellas As much as I like the Mystic Blue color, I changed the color of our 2005 545 from Mystic to Silver Grey. My wife told me that she didn't care for the Mystic color on a larger car (she had a Mystic 330cic) . I disagree w/ her but she's got me by the Ba..... ehhh.. I mean she's the boss

I guess change is good. This new car will be the 5th car in the household and the only one that's not Blue :'(

Car looks great. I thought about Mystic Blue at first but wanted a darker blue.

 

My sales rep warned me that the Orient Blue is much more popular, so resale would be tricky. He had one guy return a Mystic 545 and order an Orient because his wife wouldn't be seen in it. He actually made me look at a 5 Series in Mystic in full sunlight before he sent the order, just because he wanted me to be sure I knew what I was ordering.

But I like it! And my wife at least pretends she does. Most people who see it love the color.

 

Loads of mystic blues here in the UK. One of the most popular colours. I love it, but Boy does it show the dirt.
